The Economy and Real Estate Markets in 2020
Continuing an annual tradition, Dr. Sam Chandan, Silverstein Chair and dean of the NYU Schack Institute as well as NYU’s newly established Institute for Cities in Shanghai, will kick off NRC’s program year with an insightful look at the economy and real estate markets. In addition to questions about the longevity of the business cycle, Dr. Chandan will address the impact of rent control and rent stabilization measures in major cities across the country on the multifamily investment and development outlook.
